Eating Disorder support group for adolescents (12-25)

Helen will run a 4-week program to support adolescents with eating disorders. Each week we will discuss the challenges from the week before and assist in setting goals for the following week.

Other topics include:

• Body image and acceptance
• eating out; fear foods and challenges
• Self-care
• Unhelpful vs helpful thoughts and behaviours
• Family and friends- how can they best support you.
• Challenging      ED rules

Sessions will run online via zoom:

4-week program starting Tuesday July 26th for 4 weeks (6.15pm-7.15pm)
