​BULIMIA AND MALES

Evidence suggests that there is a rise in eating disorders in males.

This group will target people identifying as males, 13-25.

 

BINGE EATING IN ADULTS

Although binge eating disorder is a very common eating disorder, it is often associated with shame and guilt about food and therefore can be “the unspoken eating disorder”.

 

This support group provides a safe space for adults that are currently living with binge eating disorder who would like the opportunity to connect with others.

NUTRITIONAL REHABILITATION IN ANOREXIA NERVOSA (AN).

This group is for parents and carers of young people that have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa. It will provide an overview of nutrition for recovery, symptoms of re-feeding and an overview of nutrition throughout adolescence.​

PARENT AND CARER WORKSHOP:

AM I FEEDING MY CHILD ENOUGH?

This workshop will provide support around food and eating; how to face food fears; assist in normalising food behaviours; managing mealtime distress; nutritional rehabilitation; fad diets and helpful and unhelpful dialogue at the dinner table.

AVOIDANT RESTRICTIVE FOOD INTAKE DISORDER  

PARENT SUPPORT GROUP

​This group will provide strategies to parents and carers on how to re-introduce foods; exposure therapy; how to maximise nutrition and assisting with food fears and negative beliefs.

 

​
